Franklin Community Center, is a non-profit human service agency located at 10 Franklin Street in Saratoga Springs, New York. Our unique, grass-roots and non-bureaucratic approach has been empowering others in our area for over three decades by offering advocacy, basic necessities and services in an effort to promote healthy lifestyles and positive changes.

DISTRIBUTION CENTER / FREE STORE: During the months of January, February and March 101 Washington Street will be open for shopping on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
WINTER CLOSINGS: The programs and services of Franklin Community Center will follow the Saratoga Springs City School District school delays/closings due to weather. If the school is delayed 2 hours our programs are delayed 2 hours; if school is closed our programs will be closed. This includes Project Lift, 101 Washington Street/Free Store, and our Food Pantry.

Looking to donate your gently-used, in-season clothing but can’t make our donation day on Tuesdays? On the first Saturday of each month, all Cudney’s locations in Saratoga and Wilton will feature bins where they will accept clothing on the first Saturday of each month from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. So, if weekday drop-offs don’t work for you, mark your calendars for the first Saturday of the month, and FCC and Cudney’s will make sure your items get to our “free store” at 101 Washington Street, which is open to the public for “shopping” three days a week.
