Franklin Community Center is honored to announce that the Adirondack Trust Company Community Fund has awarded a generous $2,000 Lend-A-Hand grant in support of our Project Lift after-school program.

This gift will directly fund essential curriculum equipment, supplies, and learning resources that allow our staff to create engaging, hands-on lessons for the students we serve. These materials play a vital role in helping children stay motivated, build confidence, and experience the joy of learning in a supportive environment. Thank you to Joyce Ure, Chair of the Advisory Committee, for presenting the check to Mary Beth and Abbie Aldrich, Project Lift Program Director.

For decades, Project Lift has provided social-emotional support, academic enrichment, and positive youth development programming to elementary students throughout our community. Investments like this help us continue delivering high-quality programming that meets each child where they are and encourages them to thrive.
