At FCC, our mission is to assist those in need with essential services such as food, housing, clothing, and youth programs. This important work is made possible by the incredible support of various foundations that believe in our cause and generously fund our programs and projects. Today, we want to shine a light on these amazing organizations and express our heartfelt gratitude for their ongoing support.
1. Unrestricted & General Support
Unrestricted support is crucial to a nonprofit because it provides the flexibility to allocate funds where they are most needed, ensuring the organization can respond to emerging challenges and opportunities effectively. We offer our thanks to the following for believing in our mission and allowing us to use the funds where most urgently needed: the Maximus Foundation.
2. Franklin Community Center’s Project Lift & Project Lift Camp Assistance
Supporting our afterschool program, Project Lift, is vital because it provides essential educational and developmental resources that positively impact the lives of our community’s youth, empowering them to achieve their full potential. The following have given generously in support our youth programs: The Christopher Dailey Foundation, The Kimberly Beth Kennedy Family Foundation, Saratoga Springs Rotary Club, Stewart’s Holiday Match Grant, The Hawley Foundation for Children, The Jennifer Crimi Sunshine Fund at the Community Foundation for the Greater Capital Region, Charles R. Wood Foundation, the WGY Christmas Wish Fund, and the BFF Fund at the Community Foundation for the Greater Capital Region.
3. Food Pantry
These organizations continue to be a cornerstone of our funding, providing substantial grants that enable us to maintain and expand our food assistance programs. Their dedication to fighting hunger has allowed us to serve thousands of meals to individuals and families in need. We offer grateful thanks to: State Farm, Saratoga County Board of Supervisors, Broadview Federal Credit Union, Grace Fellowship Church, and Saratoga Spring Lions Club.
