Franklin Community Center is honored to receive a generous $4,500 grant from the Stewart’s Holiday Match Program in support of Project Lift, our free after-school prevention program.

Since its launch in 1984, Project Lift has provided a safe, nurturing environment for local youth, focusing on social-emotional development, positive decision-making, and essential support services for students and their families. Funding from Stewart’s Holiday Match will help sustain critical initiatives such as the Back to School Backpack program, Adopt-A-Family Holiday Assistance, Food Support, and Camp Scholarships—ensuring that every child in our program has the tools they need to succeed. Project Lift serves students in grades 1–6 across all six Saratoga Springs City School District elementary schools and the middle school, reaching up to 175 children and their siblings each year. The program’s Camp Assistance initiative also provides scholarships to ensure every child has the opportunity to experience the joy, learning, and personal growth that summer camp offers.
