As we close out another inspiring year, we’re proud to share the 2024-25 Year-End Report for Project Lift — our signature after-school prevention program supporting elementary students in the Saratoga Springs City School District.
This year, Project Lift served over 180 students and their families, offering academic enrichment, social-emotional learning, and vital support services in six schools. With the help of our dedicated staff, school partners, and generous community donors, we continued to create a safe, empowering space where students thrive.
Highlights:
100% of students received individualized support plans tailored to their needs
89% of families engaged in at least one parent support event or meeting
Students participated in over 1,000 hours of after-school programming
Launched new curriculum in conflict resolution and coping skills
Strengthened partnerships with local mental health providers and service organizations
In addition to academic and social supports, Project Lift helped families with access to basic needs — from school supplies and winter clothing to food pantry resources and holiday gifts.
